1. How is your Data compiled?
A: We compile our Data from several different Online Sources that we have determined to be accurate and reliable.
We then combine the data, systematically as well as manually review every single record for accuracy and make any needed corrections, then test all E-Mail Addresses, Phone #'s, and Fax #'s, to make sure they are all Valid and working. Finally, we run the Address, City, State, and Zip through a verification program to make sure the Address is very likely to be deliverable. The End-Result is a Highly Accurate and Reliable List to use for E-Mail Marketing, Telemarketing, and/or Direct Mail. We are specially proud of how clean and usable our List is.
2. If I find Invalid Data, are you willing to refund me for the Invalid Data?
A: Yes. Contrary to what you might think, we actually appreciate it when Customers submit Refund Requests for Invalid Data, because it gives us an opportunity to eliminate those Records from our Database and make it even cleaner. We promise to refund you for any Invalid Data immediately upon your Request is received and reviewed. To calculate the Refund Percentage, we will take the Percentage of the Data that was Invalid, multiplied by the Price you paid. For example, if 3% of the Data is Invalid and you paid $5,000, then you will receive a Refund for $150.
3. Do you rent your Data List?
A: No. Renting Data Lists is not a start move and is used by List Providers to make easy money from unsuspecting Customers. We have a detailed explanation of why Renting Data Lists is a bad decision in the Why Our Data section of our Website. Further, our Pricing is already so low that you will probably find it cheaper to buy the Data from us than to rent it from our Competitors.
4. Does your Data include ALL Doctors in the United States?
No. Because we compile Data from several different sources, then throughly clean the Data to make sure you only get Clean and Usable Data, many records are lost in the scrubbing and cleaning process because they are determined to be either innacurate or likely to be innacurate. Therefore, you will not get all Doctor in the United States, but YOU WILL GET ALL DOCTORS THAT HAVE HIGHLY ACCURATE AND CLEAN DATA. If you consider how Bad Data can dramatically lower your ROI, waste marketing resources, and generate unwanted complaints, we hope you will quickly realize that IT IS FAR BETTER TO HAVE A SMALLER, CLEANER LIST, than a Larger, Dirtier List. This is specially true when it comes to E-Mail Marketing, because even a very small # of bad records can cause your Server, IP Addresses, and Domains to become blacklisted, rendering the Data List useless and causing very big problems for you.
5. I would like to purchase a few Test Records from you to make sure the Data Quality is really as good as you say before I purchase the Entire List.

Then, if you decide to purchase the Entire Data List, we can apply 100% of what you already paid towards the Purchase Price of the Full Data List.
6. In what format is the Data provided to me?
A: In Comma-Delimited Format (CSV) by default, or in Excel Format (XLS) upon request.
7. Who do you recommend to handle Direct Mail Campaigns?
A: Direct Mail is all about Cost and Reliability. You need to make sure your Cost per Mailed Piece is the lowest possible, and you need to make sure your mail pieces are actually mailed. You would be surprised how many Direct Mail Companies only mail part of your List and keep the rest of the Postage Costs they billed you to pad their own pockets.
By doing this, they can undercut competitors and fool you into thinking you are getting a better deal. That's why you need to deal with reputable companies. The only company we recommend for Direct Mail is PS Print.
8. Who do you recommend to handle E-Mail Marketing Campaigns?
A: E-Mail Marketing is all about Deliverability. Anyone can send e-mail, but the hard part is getting tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of e-mail messages into the Inbox and not into the Spam Folder. Because sending e-mail costs very little compared to any other Marketing Methods, we believe it is by far the best way to reach a very large audience at the lowest possible cost, but ONLY IF YOU DO IT RIGHT! We will say it again: Only if you do it right! There are many costly pitfalls in e-mail marketing that you want to avoid, and in this area we can say we are Experts. WARNING: 99% of all E-Mail Marketing Services out there will want to make sure you are only sending e-mail to Customers to have specifically opted-in to receive e-mail messages from YOU (and not from your List Provider! This is obviously not the case with a purchased list, so you will have a very hard time getting them to approve your E-Mail Campaign because they will ask for proof that of how you obtained some of the records in your list, and you will not be able to provide it, and even if they approve it at first, they will shut down your account after they see the higher complaint rate that is inherent with marketing to purchased lists. 9. Who do you recommend to handle Telemarketing Campaigns?

It depends on how you want to do it. If you have your own Sales Staff and want to have them do the Telemarketing, then you just need a really good Power Dialer. In this case we recommend you use the Mojo Power Dialer. If you want someone to provide the Dialer AND the telemarketers, then we recommend you use US-Based Telemarketers by posting a Project on elance.com. You can then pick the best one for what you need. We don't recommend any particular Full-Service Telemarketing Firm because the company you should use depends a lot on what you are selling.
